Open Swim

November 3,16,17,23,24. 1-3PM

Lap Swim & Water Aerobics

Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-11:30 AM (no swimming on Oct 24, and Nov. 14)

Monday-Thursday 6:00-7:30 AM Beginning Oct 14. (Lap Swim Only)

$4 per swim/10 swims for $35

check in with the lifeguard on duty to pay for the session or purchase a 10 punch card.

Level 3
Aquatics

LEVEL 3 EXIT SKILLS: Incline kick, back kick, bobs, backstroke, front crawl with side breathing, headfirst entry, survival float, back float, changing positions, tread water, scissor kick, jumping into deep water.

Level 2 Basic Skills
Aquatics

LEVEL 2 EXIT SKILLS: Ages 6 years and up Back kick, breath control, incline kick, front crawl with floatation, bobs 5x, front and back glide, jellyfish float, tuck float, front float, back float, tread water.

Level 5
Aquatics

Advanced swim strokes. Breastroke and Butterfly.

Level 4
Aquatics

Sidestroke, Elementary backstroke, treading water.

Level 1 Basic Skills
Aquatics

LEVEL 1 ages 3-5 years old EXIT SKILLS: Water acclimation, futter kick, breath control, breath holding, back kicking, inline kick intro, surface swim with pop up style breathing.
