NewAdult BalletDanceFor students 18 years and older.This class is designed for beginning students who want to relive their childhood ballet class or students who want to learn ballet for the first time. No matter the reason, this class will focus on ballet fundamentals of proper placement of body, feet and arms. This class will also improve flexibility, balance and increase heart rate and range of motion all in a fun and judge free environment. Classes will include barre, center floor and across the floor. Dancers may wear ballet attire such as tights, leotard and skirts or form fitting athletic wear. Ballet shoes are required.Fall 2025

Each of these classes is a standalone, no prerequisite or experience needed. All students are advised to dress in layers and bring a water bottle This session may include some line dance history, musicality, instruction and practice / review time.
