Benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, improved balance and coordination, and joy. The “Beginners I” session is for new students or for previous T’ai Chi Chih students that would like a review. The “Beginners I” session will focus on movements 1-10. Each class will be a combination of learning new movements and a review of previous movements learned.Winter/Spring 2025

The “Beginners II” session is for T’ai Chi Chih students that have previously participated in a beginners class. The “Beginners II” session will focus on movements 11-19 and one pose. Each class will be a combination of learning new movements and a review of previous movements learned.Winter/Spring 2025
