Experience a dynamic blend of toning and stretching exercises with a strong focus on core strength. No two classes are ever the same! Each week, we gradually progress to more challenging movements, with modifications available to suit individual needs. The class combines mat-based Pilates, yoga-inspired exercises, and even wall-supported moves to keep things fresh and engaging. Sculpt your body, lose inches, and have fun doing it! Open to ages 16 and up. Weather permitting, classes may be held outdoors on the grassy south side of the building. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
