About Wrestling

Our youth wrestling program is designed to teach children the fundamentals of wrestling, promoting physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship. It typically includes age-appropriate training sessions focusing on techniques, strength, and agility. Participants engage in drills, matches, and optional tournaments to develop their skills, while coaches provide guidance on proper form, strategy, and safety. The program fosters teamwork, confidence, and a positive attitude toward competition.
