  • Cross Country Running (Grades 4-5)

    Get ready to run, have fun, and stay active in our Cross Country Running Class for 4th and 5th graders! This program is perfect for kids looking to improve their running skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Through a variety of drills, games, and group runs, participants will learn proper running form, boost their endurance, and build confidence. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to enhance their abilities, our experienced coaches will guide them every step of the way. The class emphasizes teamwork, personal goal-setting, and creating a love for staying active. It's an excellent opportunity for 4th and 5th graders to make new friends, challenge themselves, and enjoy the outdoors! Participants are allowed to stay after school with a Community Ed chaperone from 3:00-3:30 PM. Please bring a snack and something to keep busy during this time (homework, book, game, etc).
