Cross Country Running (Grades 4-5)

Get ready to run, have fun, and stay active in our Cross Country Running Class for 4th and 5th graders! This program is perfect for kids looking to improve their running skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Through a variety of drills, games, and group runs, participants will learn proper running form, boost their endurance, and build confidence. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to enhance their abilities, our experienced coaches will guide them every step of the way. The class emphasizes teamwork, personal goal-setting, and creating a love for staying active. It's an excellent opportunity for 4th and 5th graders to make new friends, challenge themselves, and enjoy the outdoors! 

Practices will now be at the Bemidji Middle School from 330-500.

4th and 5th graders participating in Community Ed Cross Country Running will be able to compete in two meets this year.
-Bagley XC Invitational on 9/22.  Race will be at the Twin Pines Golf Course.  Transportation to and back to the BMS will be provided.  Race time is TBD.

-Bemidji XC Invitational on 10/8.  Race will be at Greenwood Golf Course.  Transportation to Greenwood will be provided, but not back to BMS.  Race time is TBD.
