This 7-week intermediate class, led by Mary Morton, is designed to deepen your Rosemaling skills in the traditional Rogaland style of Norwegian folk art. Using oil-based paints on a painted background, you’ll build on techniques learned in previous classes, focusing on advanced brush strokes, paint mixing, and the intricate flower forms unique to this style.

By the end of the course, you’ll complete a stunning project on a wooden plate, showcasing the vibrant colors and intricate designs characteristic of the Rogaland tradition.
