Do you remember the Aerobics Craze of the 80’s and 90’s? Get ready to jump back in time and grapevine, jumping jack, and twist to the great music of the time! Suzy, with over 15 years of experience teaching aerobic group classes, will be the lead instructor. Hondo will be available to modify and add humor along the way.
Please bring a water bottle and be ready to have some fun!

Class Instructor
Suzy and Hondo have been teaching adult dance classes since 1995, they are DVIDA (Dance Vision International) certified instructors, own and operate their own independent dance studio in Bemidji and teach all the dance classes at Bemidji State University. They teach a “downtown style" using fundamentals and humor in a relaxed environment to help dancers build confidence.
