YogaFit is founded on sports science, alignment principles, and safety, delivering a practical, user-friendly style of yoga that is accessible and adaptable for all ages, fitness levels, backgrounds, and health conditions. Suzy will be the lead instructor; Hondo will provide modifications for those who need them. Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Yoga blocks, straps, towels, or bolsters are optional.

Suzy and Hondo have been teaching adult dance classes since 1995, they are DVIDA (Dance Vision International) certified instructors, own and operate their own independent dance studio in Bemidji and teach all the dance classes at Bemidji State University. They teach a “downtown style" using fundamentals and humor in a relaxed environment to help dancers build confidence.
