Do you remember the Aerobics Craze of the 80’s and 90’s?  Get ready to jump back in time and grapevine, jumping jack and twist to the great music of the time!  Suzy will be the lead instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching aerobic group classes.  Hondo will be available to modify and drop in humor along the way.  Please bring a water bottle and be ready to have some fun!
