Founded in 1994, YogaFit is the largest yoga school in North America.  Best known for their safe approach, you will find their methods transformational, inclusive, and life changing.  YogaFit is founded in sports science, alignment principles, and safety using the most updated science.  This style overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style which is accessible, understandable and adaptable for a wide variety of ages, fitness levels, backgrounds and health conditions. Suzy will be the lead instructor; Hondo will do modifications for those who need it.  Appropriate for all!  Please bring a mat and a water bottle.  You may also bring yoga blocks, straps, towels or bolsters if you would like – these are optional.
